Loftis Partners was founded by Sally Loftis in 2020. Since then Sally and her team have worked with over 50 organizations across 15 states and 3 continents. Sally finds opportunities everywhere to bring humanity back into human resources with a people-positive approach. She aims to leave a collective of people capable of moving this work forward without us.
